History of Hong Kong Mini 4wd Association
Mini4wd was used to be very popular in Hong Kong in the 1990s. However, the prosperity of mini4wd came to an end after the end of the mini4wd animation Bakusou Kyoudai Let's & Go WGP. Although there was a following episode Bakusou Kyoudai Let's & Go MAX, people lost interest in mini4wd since there was nothing new to them. Nevertheless, collective memories have become a very hit topic in Hong Kong and mini4wd is one of them. People started discussing mini4wd and some of them wanted to have mini4wd racing again. In October 2006, Hong Kong Mini4wd Association was founded. We have registered to the Hong Kong Police Force as a legal hobby club in Hong Kong.
HKM4A's Objectives
1. To gather mini4wd racers in Hong Kong and exchange mini4wd skills and experiences.
2. To hold meeting every month and race frequently.
3. To hit mini4wd up again, boosting exchange of mini4wd racers around the world. Thus, a long-term development of mini4wd.
